the International Congress on Neonatal Hematology and Oncology Disorders started working at Razavi Hospital.
According to the Public Relations and Cultural Affairs of Razavi Hospital, Dr. Reza Saeidi, CEO of Razavi Hospital, Dr. Alireza Marandi, president of Iran's Academy of Medical Sciences, as well as a group of national and international specialists in the field of neonatal hematology and oncology attended the opening ceremony of this congress this morning in Mashhad.
Various topics including anemia in infants, neonatal hemorrhagic and thrombotic disorders, hemoglobinopathies and pre- natal diagnosis, bone marrow transplant and stem- cell therapy in neonates were discussed during the first day of this congress.
Neonatal platelet disorders, neonatal neoplasms, blood incompatibilities and blood transfusion in neonates, applications and complications of administration of blood products in infants, immunodeficiencies, neutropenia and lymphopenia are among the topics of the second day of this congress.
Another seminar on "Neonatal Nursing Cares in Vascular Access and Laboratory Tests " will be held in the Cardiac School of Razavi Hospital parallel with the International Congress on Neonatal Hematology and Oncology Disorders.
Meanwhile, the Critical Appraisal workshop will be held by Dr. Mohammad Saeid Abdolzahra, chancellor of Kufa University of Medical Sciences, in the Cardiac School of Razavi Hospital on April 26, 2018.
The "Transfusion Medicine Conference" and "Doll hospital Program" were another programs that were held on April 24, 2018 parallel with the International Congress on Neonatal Hematology and Oncology Disorders.
It is worth mentioning that the International Congress on Neonatal Hematology and Oncology Disorders is being held on April 25-26, 2018 in Razavi Hospital.
